Webcam sites offer the option for webcam models to block certain countries, cities or area by zip code. A webcam model may use this feature, because they rather want to work anonymous. A webcam model that lives for example in France, can block all French IP adresses, or even block IP by city or zip code so the model doesn’t have to worry about for example her friends seeing her on webcam. I would recommend you to only use this option if you definitely want to work anonymous, because otherwise, I think it is a waste of visitors (and money).
